- Chimney with fireplace preparation – ready for fireplace to be installed
- Main structure built from spruce logs with a diameter of at least 300mm
- Roof structure
- “KMB Beta” roofing in Elegant black and guttering
- Spruce doors and insulated wooden doubled glazed windows.
- Staircases with railing
- Thermal insulation of the ceiling and sloping walls of the attic – ready for interior lining
- Superstructure and gable walls – ready for external and interior lining
- Interior walls on ground floor (1 NP) and upper floor (2 NP)
- Ground floor concrete slab floor ready for customer flooring preparation
- Upstairs board floor ready for customer flooring preparation
- Internal water, waste and electrical wiring – all ready for customer appliances and switches
- Electric floor heating on ground floor
- Preparation for heating using customer supplied electric convectors upstairs
- Internal and external painting
Bespoke Construction Level
- As per the Basic Construction Level plus the following:
- Plinth finished to client’s specification
- Interior finishing of the ceiling and sloping attic walls to the client’s specifications
- Exterior cladding of the upper walls using 30mm wooden facade
- Interior walls finished to the client’s specifications
- Internal floors finished to the client’s specifications
- Bathroom sanitaryware installed and plumbed in
- Electric heating convectors installed upstairs to customer requirements

For both levels of construction it is possible to make individual adjustments for additional cost.
