Liptov is probably the most pleasant region of Slovakia, rich in various sport and leisure activities. Our project is situated in the heart of the beautiful coastline of the Liptovska Mara lake, in the village of Liptovsky Trnovec, a truly beautiful location. The view of Mara lake, combined with the stunning views of the peaks of the Low Tatras mountains is spectacular.

The location and surrounding area are perfect for year round activity, or peaceful relaxion. About 2 km from our project there is Aquapark Tatralandia, one of largest water entertainment parks in Europe. It offers entertainment, adventure and relaxation, throughout the seasons with its countless rides, richly equipped Celtic sauna world and Wellness Paradise. Similar services can be found in another nearby waterpark; Ginoparadise Besenova.

The nearby Jasná, as the largest and most modern ski resort in Slovakia, guarantees excellent skiing for every age and ski level, on both the northern and southern sides of Chopok peak. There is a wide range of services, rental and ski equipment stores, ski schools, après-ski bars, children's entertainment services & restaurants. Modern cable cars allow you to get to know the entire resort and find the ski slopes that suit you best.

Here on higher spots you may also enjoy the rest of the mountains with a hot tea and a wonderful view of the surrounding area. In addition to the Jasná ski centre, you can also ski in Závažná Poruba or several resorts in the nearby High Tatras mountains.

At Heliporte Liptov you can enjoy a sightseeing flight by helicopter or admire and visit the famous “upside down” house!

The area is perfect for nature lovers. From easy hiking trails to several hour excursions in the mountains or all-day alpine tours.

The gorgeous mountain terrain is criss-crossed with popular hiking & biking trails as well offering indoor and outdoor sports fields and facilities. For more urban facilities the town of Liptovsky Mikulas is only about 7 km away.
